Impossible to connect

Hello i’m Writing from Italy.
Normally when out , I use an app IMVS 4500 HD to connect by smartphone to my cameras Hik but and the same my sister with an other equipe.
But now about 3 days is impossible to connect with smart but its function normally directly.
I don’t now who contact can you help me ?

Ciao, sta succedendo la stessa cosa anche a me. Non è che si sono resettate d'improvviso le telecamere con tutti i valori anche IP? Fammi sapere.
