Videoplayback on Hik Connect apps & other apps not working. Iphone 6

Is anyone else having a problem with the playback feature on the apps on ipad or iphones's?

For the last 6/7 weeks Ive been unable to scroll through the times on video playback on my cameras on the apps?

It will show the live feed fine.

But it wont let me go back in time to watch a recording...It will show it only at 12pm of day but wont let me scroll. It keeps kicking back to 12pm.

If I click on the time & select a specific time it will go to that time but when i go to scroll it wont scroll, it will just go back to the time chosen or to the 12pm time at default at the start. Its really annoying as i cannot simply scroll anymore...

This used to always work fine. I have updated my apps & im using an iphone 6.

At my house i can check playback on my monitor but on my ipads, iphone etc etc it wont work anymore.

PLEASE HELP

Hi there,
Just to add, I also have the same issue, remote playback rarely works as it's showing that there are no record files when I scroll back through the timeline from my Android phone, despite my device continuously recording 24/7.
If I access via my PC browser, I can playback all hours of previous days, via the app almost nothing.
They need to fix this $hit. I'm tempted to send my NVR back and get a refund if they cannot sort out such basic issues.

The HIK CONNECT app the playback has not worked for nearly 3 months now????

Who do you contact about this?

Such an inept service they provide.

I have found out how to fix the playback scrolling issue.

Since their update you have to for some bizarre reason have your device (smart phone or tablets) in 24 hour time & not 12 hour (am or pm)

So change that in your settings & it will fix it.

It also brings back all the old recorded files.
