Remote monitoring

Postby tintunooo » Thu Dec 21, 2017 5:19 am

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and I am from a system integration company in Myanmar. I have one concept proposal requested by one of the customers. I have attached drawing below for your reference as well.

Our customer has multiple site installed Hikvision 16CH NVR with 7-8 Cameras installed. Those remote sites are connected via fiber line to their HQ and connected via VPN. Currently, they log in to individual NVR via their own IP address with username and PW of each NVR one after another.

Now, what our client wanted to do is, they do not need all 8 cameras from each branches to be monitored at HQ, they just want 1 - 2 cameras from each site and combine all the cameras with a suitable solution at HQ and log in and monitored two cameras per site, 32 cameras from 16 sites.

The question is , what kind of solution will be suitable for such scenarios? Will the bandwidth for such solution be huge, how should we calculate the required bandwidth?
