any advice please.
I had Hikvision cameras and DVR installed last summer.
The mouse has suddenly stopped working although there is power to it, The remote also is not working .
I have bought another mouse that also will not work.
there is only one usb port
I was not supplied with a manual
Can anyone please suggest what I can do ?

Nat really apart from try another mouse and if that fails speak to where you purchased it from.

I know its a obvious one but have you tried powering down the dvr and restarting the dvr with the mouse plugged in.Worked on a customer of ours on a hikvision dvr.
