Hik-connect app issue with iPhone 6s

Strange issue here with the Hik-connect app

Basically all cameras can be viewed live no problem but when clicking on library it says there is nothing there!

If I use an iPhone 6 and not s it works fine , I have tried the same on an iPad Pro with same issue, older iPad works fine!

Can anyone help or have an idea please.

Sorry, I should have mentioned. Yes, both recorder and app are up to date .

I also face this issue with my HD Security cameras, the reason behind my issue is software incompatibility. I resolve my issue by updating my phone software to a new version. I also suggest you check the version of your phone software. If still issue exists then contact the technical support team for help.

Yeah I am the exact same for nearly 9 weeks now & seems no one cares.

HIK vision are so cheap & inept its astonishing they sell so much of their tat.

I have found out how to fix the playback scrolling issue.

Since their update you have to for some bizarre reason have your device (smart phone or tablets) in 24 hour time & not 12 hour (am or pm)

So change that in your settings & it will fix it.
