I am also looking for firmware upgrade for a NVR model DS-7732NI-I4/16P currently on V3.3.9 Build 160612.
I am in Australia and there is nothing on http://hikvision.com.au/ however on http://hikvision.com/en they have two more recent versions of firmware (V3.4.90 160926 and V3.4.92 170228) for my model NVR.
I have emailed Hikvision (Australia) and not received a reply.
Two questions..
1/. Can I use this firmware to update my NVR?
2/. At the bottom of the firmware download link it states "For more details, please refer to the corresponding firmware release notes".. Where do I find these release notes? there not referring to the short paragraph in red txt at the top labelled "Warning Notice"?
Thank You

Please be aware that if you have purchased your Hikvision products from an online source or unauthorized distributor, they may not be compatible with the firmware downloaded here and are considered to be “gray market” product. If your camera has “CH” in the serial number, you are most likely using a “gray market” product. Updating the firmware from this site may lead to several complications in those cameras, up to and including camera failure. Restoring a “gray market” product to its original condition is a factory process and will result in a Chinese interface. As Hikvision warranty is void in this case, you must rely on the dealer for any service, support, and warranty of the “gray market” product. If you have any questions or concerns about the official status of your Hikvision distributor, please contact Hikvision at

Kamara,
Yes I am aware of all that and the NVR and my cameras are not "Grey Market" items, They are all Australian purchased items,
Apparently going from the firmware version I upgraded from, the new firmware locks the device requiring an unlock code to be provided by Hikvision. To resove this I need to generate an XML file using the SADP Tool, send it off to a Hikvision who use the information in that file to create a new XML file and send it back to me. I am then to Upload that file using the SADP tool which will allow me to create a new password and unlock the box.
One key point I have found out is that from the time I create an Export XML file to the time I receive one back to Import, I can not power off the NVR nor can I refresh the information in SADP, nor can I create another Export XML file. If I do any of these 3 things then the file they send me back will not work.
So here I patiently wait for assistance.
