Remote app stopped working

Hi there I'm in need of some help.
My remote app has stopped working. It just won't load

Hi There, have you changed your router at all?

First thing to check is whether your ports 80, 8000 and 554 are still open:

Hello,
Since this morning I am confronted with the following problem:
2 Hikvision cameras in the same network: 2CD2042WD-I and 2CD2442FWD-IW
both all the same parameters
using the webbrowser page below "Live view" --> no problem
When I'm using Hik-connect or IVMS 4500 (smartphone) the 2442 is working like a charm, but with the 2042 Hik-Connect says the camera is offline, so I don't see live images. Alarm messages are coming in (with picture).
http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ says ports 80, 554 and 8000 are open,
also below "NAT" (via browser) --> every port has the status "correct".
Since the 2442 is working I don't think it's a problem with my router...
To be sure it isn't my network I swapped the cameras location but without succes.
I had this same problem earlier and it was solved with disabling the "image encryption" in Hik-connect.

Are you accessign these cameras directly or via an NVR?
