Configure motion analysis remotely?

Postby scottk008 » Tue May 30, 2017 7:45 pm

Is there any way to do this using IVMS-4200 pc client? I do not currently have direct access to the lan which dvr resides and can only configure through hik-connect.

Anytime I try to do it I just end up with a gray box.

Still wondering if it's possible to configure the motion detection zones through a hik-connect(ed) device. iVMS-4200 v2.6.1.2 through v2.6.1.11 gives me a grey window and no ability to set zones for motion detection. I would really love to be able to filter out some of the areas that are in view of the camera.

You can definately do this via the web interface on a PC or using iVMS on a PC/Mac.
