his-connect share error

Hi all
Ok I'm fairly familiar with most aspects of setting up his-connect devices my issue is this..
when adding a device that has been shared by others and viewing on the app ..
I can see the devices in my list in my online account under shared devices by others.. and i can see the devices in the app when adding under the section of ( add device - hik-connect register mode - Others devices ) once i select a shared device it then adds that device domain 9 digit number under device domain and only gives me the other options of user name and password to fill in.. once that is done as usual click save and i get the error ( Port cannot be empty ) so my question is where? is this port number entered as i don't get it as an option.

I know std default port number and normally you would get an option to add the port but i don't get one.. any help anyone??
app version V2.1.0.170424 on iPhone i believe this is uptodate . I have the access to the shared devices main hik connect management too.

I think you have to check your IP address.
