RECONNECTING ERROR CODE IVMS.EXE[0]

We have branch with HIK DVR. I tried to install it on my computer (Windows 7 64bit) via "HIK Connect Device" and it works properly. However, when I installed it on my boss desktop unit (Windows 7 64 bit) the error is reconnecting error code Ivms.exe[0]. Tried to install it with different computer again and it works just like on my computer unit. Tried to Import my configuration to her software but still the same issue.

Note: My Computer unit and My Boss unit are in the same network
The other test unit is in another network




Please help.
