New to this Please Help! New Router and nothing Works

Hello

I just purchased a new modem (Cisco) and upgraded my internet service.

Now My cameras cannot be activated from my Phone (I use ivms-4500 and Hik-Connect)

I have my cameras at work and home.

I would like to use only one App to access both. I had the security company come to my work to let me access them from app but I need to know how to do it at home.

I also now have a HIK Account and ideally would like to add both

I have a DS 7608NI-E2/8P at home and I think the same at work but ill confirm.
