Hello this is first post.
I had to reset my router three weeks ago which in turn meant I could no longer remote view my home NVR. I’ve been on the guys HV who have sorted my Hik Connect account but although now I can remote view via my home network which is the same network as the NVR shares I cannot remote view away from the home when I disconnect my phone from the Home network.
Do I need to open the ports on my router (80,8000 & 554) when using the Hik Connect app?
Info and support on remote viewing on a Hikvision product.
