When I am adding a Hikvision DVR to cloud through Hikconnect/IVMS 4500 app, it is giving an error "Adding Failed"
Even if adding the device through ezviz website, it is giving an error "Exception error 2032"
The device is getting detected, when the device verification code is given, the above error is coming.
