hi, has anyone had the problem where the live feed" times out" when trying to use the APP on a BTHub. if I switch off wifi on my device and use 3/4g , the app works well . Also , I am not on the same network as the NVR, this is remote access, so it's not loop back . The app works ok on the building next doors wifi (plusnet). It looks like the problem is with the BT hub.........are there settings I can change ?!?!
