    So, I did what the brazilian support told me: Use the first update, backup settings, factory reset, restore backup. And then did the same with the other two. The backup only kept the areas, no device was restored... Now I have it on the latest version, but need to reconfigure it all over again...

    Hi again! Unfortunately that version is not available in my region. We always use the share option when clicking on the 3 dots of the device. Under "Me > Shared Device" option I can't see that specific cloud users that I want to delete. I'll try to contact Hikvision support about this. Thanks...
