iVMS-4200 shows devices offline intermittently

Hi moderators, Devices connect successfully to iVMS-4200 but randomly appear offline throughout the day, while remaining accessible locally.

Intermittent offline status in iVMS-4200 is often caused by network latency, unstable bandwidth, or PC resource limitations. Ensure the PC meets minimum system requirements and that devices are added using IP address rather than domain name. Antivirus or firewall software may also interfere with connectivity.
