Event notifications not triggering in Hik-Connect

Hi all, Motion detection works locally, but push notifications are not received on the mobile app. Notification settings appear enabled. Thank you!

Please verify that event linkage is enabled on the device and that notifications are enabled both in the Hik-Connect app and on the device itself. Ensure the correct event types are selected and that the mobile device allows background notifications for the app.
