HikCentral migration expectations

Hi there, Customer expects existing cameras, users, and event rules from iVMS-4200 to migrate automatically into HikCentral. Is this supported? Thanks.

Hello Jack Davies,
Currently, there is no supported method to migrate configurations, users, or event rules from iVMS-4200 to HikCentral. All devices, permissions, and rules must be configured from scratch. We recommend phased migration and testing rather than switching live systems all at once.
