Dear member,

You can delete your Hik-Connect account by following these steps:

1. Open the Hik-Connect app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “More” in the bottom right corner.
3. Select your account name at the top of the page.
4. Scroll to the bottom and choose the option to Delete Account Permanently.

Please note that deleting your account is irreversible and will remove all associated devices and data from the platform.

Hi, once your account is deleted, you will need to register it again.
If you get any error on the phone about using the same credentials try to register on the Hik-Connect website instead.
