How Do I Log In to Hik-Connect Using iVMS-4200?

How do I log into my Hik-Connect account from iVMS-4200 to view my devices?

You can log into your Hik-Connect account directly within iVMS-4200 by following the steps below:

Steps to Log In:​

1. Open iVMS-4200 on your computer.
2. In the top right corner, click the Cloud icon labeled “Not Logged In.”
3. Accept the pop-up message confirming that you are entering the Hik-Connect service.
4. Enter your Hik-Connect username and password, then click Login.

How to Verify Devices Are Connected​

After logging in:

• Go to Device Management.
• Check the Connection Type column.
• Confirm that it shows Cloud P2P.
• Verify that the Status displays Online.

If the connection type shows Cloud P2P and the status is Online, your devices are successfully linked through the Hik-Connect platform.

If devices appear Offline, confirm that Platform Access is enabled on the recorder and that the device is online within the Hik-Connect app.
