In the top right corner, click the Cloud icon labeled “Not Logged In.” Accept the pop-up message confirming that you are entering the Hik-Connect service. Enter your Hik-Connect username and password, then click Login. How to Verify Devices Are ConnectedAfter logging in: Go to Device Management. Check the Connection Type column. Confirm that it shows Cloud P2P. Verify that the Status displays Online. If the connection type shows Cloud P2P and the status is Online, your devices are successfully linked through the Hik-Connect platform. If devices appear Offline, confirm that Platform Access is enabled on the recorder and that the device is online within the Hik-Connect app. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
