I can't see the live view of the cameras in the web browser. I keep getting a message "The stream is encrypted". How do i fix this please?

Hi everyone, I can't see the live view of the cameras in the web browser. I keep getting a message "The stream is encrypted". How do i fix this?

Hello,
Log directly into the recorder. Locate the "Platform Access" section. Mostly under Configuration - Network - Advanced - Platform Access. Then disable the "Enable Stream Encryption" option and click "Apply".

Refresh the camera on the browser, you should then see the live view of the camera.
