Newly Added Cameras Not Showing in Hik-Connect – What’s the Cause?

Hi all,

I recently added a few new cameras to an existing Hikvision NVR. The cameras are working correctly on the local monitor and through the NVR interface, but they are not appearing in the Hik-Connect app.

Is there something I need to refresh or configure to make them show remotely?
