NVR not detecting IP cameras on the same subnet

Hello everyone, Cameras are on the same VLAN and subnet as the NVR, but they do not appear during camera search. Pinging works from a laptop. Thank you!

If cameras are reachable by ping but not discovered automatically, ensure they are activated and using compatible firmware. Manual camera addition is recommended in this scenario. Also confirm that the NVR and cameras are not separated by VLANs or blocked by network security policies.
Some networks can restrict network scanning, which could prevent the NVR or SADP tool from finding any device, try isolation the CCTV network switches from the remaining of the network until all the configuration is done
