PoE Budget on 16-Channel NVR

Hi,

I’m installing a 16-channel Hikvision PoE NVR. I have 16 cameras connected, but a couple of them are not powering up.
Could this be related to the total PoE power budget of the NVR? If so, what’s the best way to calculate and confirm load requirements?
