ONVIF camera added but no video stream

Hi there, A third-party camera adds successfully via ONVIF, but Live View shows a black screen. ONVIF authentication is correct. Thanks!

When a camera is added via ONVIF but shows no video, please verify that the correct ONVIF profile and stream are selected. Ensure the camera’s main stream codec and resolution are supported by the NVR. Creating a dedicated ONVIF user on the camera is also recommended.
Some ONVIF cameras only support main stream and that can cause decoding issues on the NVR when viewing multiple cameras on live view due to decoding capabilities.
