PoE ports showing power but camera offline

Hello forum admin,

The PoE LED is on, but the camera status remains offline in Camera Management. Swapping ports does not resolve the issue. Thank you!

PoE power alone does not confirm data communication. Please check Ethernet cable quality, replace patch leads, and confirm the camera is using a compatible PoE standard. If the camera was previously assigned a different IP range, it may require resetting or manual IP correction.
Check for errors under System - Camera Management such as Username or password error.
