Connecting a Hikvision Keyboard to a HikCentral Server

Hello Team,
I'm currently installing a Hikvision IP keyboard DS-1600KI(B) and need to connect it with the HikCentral server to control a video wall.
Could you please advise on the correct procedure to connect the keyboard to the HikCentral server?

Thank you for your query. Please follow the steps below to connect the Hikvision keyboard to your HikCentral server:
1. On the keyboard interface, tap on HikCentral.
2. In the upper-right corner, select Server IP.
3. Enter the HikCentral server address (this can be either the internal IP address or the external domain name, depending on your network configuration).
4. Tap OK to confirm.
5. Enter your HikCentral server login credentials (username and password).
Once authenticated, the keyboard should successfully connect and synchronize with the HikCentral server.
If the connection fails, please verify network reachability (ping test), correct port configuration, and that the user account has appropriate permissions within HikCentral.
