I don’t remember the credentials I used when creating my Hik-Connect account.
How can I recover access?

Hello EdwardBaker,

You can recover this information by following the steps below:

1. Open the Hik-Connect app.
2. Log in as a Guest.
3. Scan the QR code of your device to add it.
4. A prompt will appear indicating that the device is already linked to an existing account.
5. The system will display a preview of the registered account information.

If the account details shown look familiar, you can then proceed with a password reset using that information to regain access.
