Hi, I don’t remember what credentials I used to create my Hik-Connect account.
Any kind of assistance is appreciated.

Hello Oliver,
Open the Hik-Connect app and login as a Guest. Scan the QR code to add the device and a prompt will appear that the device is already added to an account. From there you can see a preview of the account and if that looks familiar, you can use that information to reset the password.
