No Audio in Playback

Hi,
I have a Hikvision camera with a built-in microphone connected to my NVR. I can see video perfectly, but during playback there is no audio.
Do I need to enable audio recording somewhere in the NVR settings?

Yes, first you need to make sure that the camerahas built in microphone, once this is confirmed.
Login to the NVR web interface and go toConfiguration - Video and Audio and change the VideoType to Video & Audio for main and sub stream.

Then go toConfiguration Storage - Schedule Settings click on the Advanced button and enable Record Audio
