Recorded footage missing but Live View works

Hi I have just found this forum, It looks great, even though it looks quite new.
I have a small issue with my cameras, hope someone can help me.
I can see my cameras on live view, but when I try to play back yesterday’s recordings there is no video. Recording schedule appears enabled.
Any ideas?

HI Noah.Jones,
If Live View is available but playback is missing, please check the recording schedule, storage status, and HDD health. Ensure the cameras are assigned to a valid recording schedule and that the hard drive is initialized and not reporting errors. Also confirm that the stream used for recording is enabled.

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Hikvision NVR. Live view is working fine on all cameras, but when I try to playback footage from yesterday, it says “No Record File.”
The system has been installed for a few months and was recording previously without issues.
What could cause playback to show no recordings even though live view works normally?
