Incorrect Date and Time on Recordings

Hi everyone!
The live view shows the correct time, but recorded footage is one hour behind. Daylight Saving Time is enabled. How can this be fixed?

This issue is typically related to time synchronisation or DST configuration. Please verify that the NVR time zone is set correctly and that Daylight Saving Time settings are consistent. We recommend enabling NTP synchronisation and rebooting the device after applying time changes.

Under Server Address, you can use any NTP server you want, such as:
uk.pool.ntp.org
europe.pool.ntp.org
us.pool.ntp.org
asia.pool.ntp.org
