Mouse Control on Multiple Monitors Connected to Recorder

Hi tech guys,
I have two monitors connected to my recorder (HDMI and VGA). Is it possible to control the recorder interface with a mouse on both monitors at the same time, or is mouse control limited to one display only?

Hi AccessAndIP,
Mouse control on Hikvision NVRs and DVRS are limited to one monitor at a time. Even if multiple displays are connected (e.g., HDMI and VGA), the recorder assigns mouse control to a single designated output.

If you need to switch mouse control to a different monitor, you can do so by changing the Menu Output setting in the recorder configuration. Once the menu output is reassigned, the selected monitor will gain full mouse control functionality.

Simultaneous mouse control on multiple monitors is not supported.
